Valavarenche is the main resort of the valley and a popular summer holiday resort. Excursions to the national park "Gran Paradiso" at the end of the valley. Bus service to/from Aosta. Shops, restaurants, hire of mountain bikes. Worthseeing the church "Nostra Signora del Carmine" ( 1483) which belonged to the Sarriod and Savoia families. Well-known holiday resort.
